Access and records

Invited sign-in, reviewed business profiles, carpet lots, proposed agreements, separate buyer/seller approvals and balance records are configured. Some invoice, receipt and fulfilment actions are currently API-only. Public self-registration and unrestricted commercial trading are not offered.

NOT ENABLED

Money and blockchain

COTO does not collect, hold, convert or pay out customer money, offer escrow or credit, or operate bank/crypto checkout. The public-chain worker is stopped; private audit events are not public blockchain confirmations.

DEVELOPMENT

Future offerings

Bidding, AI assistance, subscription collection, provider payment integrations and independent certification are not active. A presentation, film, use-case PDF or revenue scenario describes a proposal unless explicitly identified as an available service.

Evidence with clear limits.

Origin and labour claims: supplier declarations require review. A listing, fingerprint or subscription does not establish ethical production or certify labour conditions. COTO seeks better visibility and producer participation; it does not guarantee an exploitation-free supply chain.
Fingerprints and records: a hash can help compare a file with a recorded fingerprint. It does not prove that the source is true, that goods were delivered or that legal title passed.
Receipts and balances: an operator-attested receipt is a recorded assertion, separate from a bank’s confirmation of final funds. A balance is not escrow or a guarantee of payment.
Reviews: a stakeholder’s experience is not a universal result. Verification scope, material relationships and any incentive should be disclosed beside a published review.

Commercial and legal context.

Buyers and sellers must agree the complete goods, quantity, location, USD price, payment route, delivery, inspection, title and claims terms. COTO is a coordination and recordkeeping platform unless a separate completed contract assigns another role. Import/export, tax, sanctions, product and labour obligations remain with the legally responsible parties.

The site’s financial model is illustrative and does not state actual revenue, a valuation, a securities offer or promised returns. Public financial figures must be identified by period, scope and assurance level.

The English legal documents are drafts. The actual contracting entity, schedules, authority and local legal review must be completed before execution. Website visits and pilot sign-in do not accept unfinished templates.
