Policies for a more
accountable market.

Policy framework — English draft for review.

The procedures below guide the proposed operating model. The linked legal templates remain drafts pending completion, legal review and formal adoption. No new contractual acceptance or certification is created by this page.

PRIVACY

Use only what is needed

Use group/business references where possible. Keep personal identities, wage records, bank credentials and confidential documents out of public listings. Read the draft privacy notice ↗

TRADE

Agree before performance

Complete the specific sale terms and obtain separate buyer/seller approval. No unilateral change to price, volume, quality or milestones. Read the draft sale agreement ↗

PRODUCERS

Protect participation

Respect lawful pay, safety, informed publicity permission and accessible complaints. USD international pricing does not override local wage law. Read the sourcing and grievance code ↗

How the proposed
procedures work.

Business review and responsible onboarding

Invited accounts require business review before pilot trade records are available. Information should be accurate, role-appropriate and refreshed when material details change. Review is not automated KYC, a credit decision, a sanctions clearance or a guarantee. Sensitive verification materials require a separately agreed secure channel.

Fees, cancellation and refunds

Fees require a completed USD service order identifying scope, term, taxes, payment dates and any renewal or cancellation terms. Publishing a price scenario does not charge a fee. COTO currently collects no payments; no platform refund or escrow service is enabled. Buyer–seller refunds follow their sale and actual bank/provider arrangements. No automatic forfeiture, renewal or commission is created by this page.

Stakeholder reviews and moderation

Invite actual experience from all stakeholder roles. Assess authenticity, relevance, material relationships and permission before publication. Do not invent reviews, selectively reward positive opinions, remove relevant criticism solely because it is negative, or present a company-managed page as independent. Remove or redact unlawful, threatening, discriminatory or identifying material proportionately and explain material edits. Give a review author a correction/appeal route. Confidential transaction disputes should use the separate complaint route.

Prepare stakeholder feedback ↗

Privacy, storage, correction and retention

The optional public onboarding draft can be stored in the user’s browser; the sign-in flow uses temporary session state. See the draft notice for the distinction between local forms, emailed information and server records. Operational retention periods, transfer mechanisms and rights procedures must be approved before the notice is adopted. Do not promise automatic erasure of audit history or backups. Correct records by documented adjustments where needed, preserving lawful evidence.

Complaints, producer grievances and safeguarding

For coordination, email business@amnayacorp.com with a brief non-sensitive description and a safe contact method. Do not send identity documents, bank details, passwords or information that could expose a vulnerable person. An accessible local-language channel and independent safeguarding lead must be designated before wider producer participation. The draft code proposes response targets; no staffed response-time guarantee is announced here. Do not wait for COTO where urgent help from competent local authorities is needed. Lawful external complaints and protected reporting are not restricted.

Security incidents and payment-instruction changes

Report suspected account compromise or a suspicious payment message through a known contact, without credentials or private keys. Independently verify beneficiary changes through a separate trusted channel. A website message or email is not enough. The current pilot cannot release, refund or freeze funds. Incident handling, regulated-provider escalation and transaction limits require a completed operational arrangement before checkout activation.

Transaction safeguards and status ↗

Design rights, branding and maker stories

Use only rights you hold or have permission to use. Separate product/design licences from personal publicity permission. Do not make work allocation or earned pay conditional on a person agreeing to appear in a film. Stock images and illustrative footage must not be represented as confirmed supplier or customer evidence. Brand use does not imply certification.

Policy changes and review

Publish a dated version, retain accepted contractual versions and obtain the agreement required for material contract changes. A changing website link must not silently alter an executed sale. Provide accessible explanations and appropriate translations before relying on English templates with people who do not understand them.
