Buyers & sellers
Start with 01, your buyer/seller agreement, 05 for each sale, and 13 for payment reconciliation.

Weavers & producer groups
Start with 04 and 12. Use an understandable local-language version before signing; mandatory labour and wage rights remain protected.

Subscribers & partners
Use 06 or 07 for services, 08 for confidential discussions, 09 for licensed content and 10 where personal data is processed.

Investors & advisers
Use 08 for confidential evaluation and read 14. This pack does not offer shares, promise returns or substitute for investment documents.

Before these drafts
become agreements.

  1. Confirm the actual registered COTO contracting operator and authorized signatories. A proposed subsidiary must not be presented as already incorporated.
  2. Complete the commercial schedules: goods, volume, locations, USD amounts, delivery, title, inspection, fees, remedies and dispute route.
  3. Have the finalized terms reviewed for the operator, production and destination countries. Explain producer terms in an understandable language.
  4. Adopt the privacy, retention, grievance and supplier-verification procedures that the documents require. Record the approved version and give each party its agreed copy.

The invited pilot does not collect funds or offer escrow. Public blockchain anchoring, crypto checkout, bidding and AI assistance remain unavailable. Evidence fingerprints and operator-attested receipts do not independently prove origin, labour conditions, delivery or bank settlement.
